Eligible nonprofit organizations that have a tax-exempt status as a 501(c)(3) may download a grant application from this website or request an application from the Francis G. and Betty J. Miller Foundation by calling the Central Bank Illinois Trust Division at 309-944-5608, or contact us via email at
Grant applications are reviewed quarterly by the Foundation’s Board of Managers. As required, the foundation pays out 5% of its market value on an annual basis. We welcome requests for assistance. Application deadlines are the first of every month.
Matching Grants
The Miller Foundation can provide matching grants to organizations that may have larger projects. A matching grant simply means that when you support a particular project, your donation goes further due to the Miller Foundation matching the funds raised.
